Steak Salad

I wanted something quick for dinner and needed to use up some left over steak and chickpea. Although it wasn't that sunny it was quite warm here and I automatically lean towards spicy. The basis for the salad was beetroot and chickpeas.I threw in onions, peppers, tomatoes, some chillies for bite. For sauce I used light mayonnaise and lime juice.
